With today’s technology is quite possible to do so. There are plenty of sites that let you stream video of yourself live. This brings me to my question. In traditional times weddings, births events where family has to travel miles and miles to witness the spectacle was sometimes a huge issue. I have the solution for this…LIVE STREAM IT!

Being raised in both era’s the 70’s 80’s 90′ and now 2000’s I’ve seen times change faster then you can shake a stick at, and you know that’s it’s only going to get more odd and weird as the days go by.

Let me throw something at you. Last September I was invited to one of my close friends wedding, but the problems was, finances, time and distance. I really wanted to be there, but I had to decline, to this day I still feel saddened. Another example is, I was to deliver a speech, but due to medical issues I could not make it. Which led me to think this.

Would it be so wrong if we started streaming these events? Now I’m sure there have been times where it has happened, I remember a few years ago there was an online birth that made headlines. There also have been a few other births, this comes to mind http://mashable.com/2008/09/02/live-child-birth/

Now if, and I say if I would get engaged and stream my wedding via Ustream or Stickam would this take away from the moment? before you jump into mass carnage think about this. You have friends and family that live thousands of miles away and just cant be there, but if they could view the marriage online and participate via chat stream would that be something special instead of waiting for the wedding photos. Right, now you see where I’m going with this.

I know for myself I would try to do something like this, I have friends that live in the states and have no way in hell of showing up or it just conflicts with their schedule, this would be a great way for them to view the event and even chat about it LIVE!

All you need is a laptop with a decent webcam and there you go, your live to the masses.

Art is something in which needs the mind of a elaborate function.

Yes ISIS is a band, but they are more then that. Art, feelings and raw anger comes to mind. It might not be something for everyone, but if your are a fan of dark and controversial images then…

I’ve never been one to make New Years Resolutions but this time I’d like to keep a list in the clouds, just because I’ll be reminded that I want to achieve this so called goals.

#1 pay off my credit cards, these things are driving me nuts, I always pay them in full, but there always seems to be an event of some sorts that make me pull out the plastic.

#2 get a permanent position at the Government. Being on contract sucks and I hate job searching more then anything. I cant plan for trips and huge expensive items because I wont know if I’ll be working 6 months from now.

#3 Build something…I think the last time I made something it was a wooden boat, I was 11.

#4 Covert everything to Mac only, iMac, iPhone, the only thing I would use my PC for is a media center in my living room.

#5 Get a life, I spend most of my days at work 9:00 to 5:00, then have supper then maybe 2 hours of TV, Computer stuff or Clean and on weekends it more cleaning. Doesnt help that I dont know that many people here. I can just call anyone up for coffee and biscuits.

Other then those I have a few more that I plan on doing such as:

Writing or publishing a book
Creating some Worpress Themes
Seeing Ottawa more
Make money on the Internet
Cook more

Here are things I wont do:

Quit smoking
Eating less fatty foods
Using Twitter
Blog
Shave everyday
Complaining
Being who I am
