For those in the local Ottawa area and abroad the name J and A might mean something to you or maybe even the title.

Pleasepickupyoursocks.wordpress.com is a daily story or even maybe a mini movie about a couple that write interesting affairs and feelings in their daily life. 

Now you might might say, Ok another blog about stories of people that mean nothing to me, but this blog if different then other local blogs, the stories seem to intrigue you and leave you wanting more, kinda like a potato chip or a really cold beer on a hot summer day.

The site is very easy to navigate and has plenty of content to keep you reading for hours and gives you an insight of the duo. J does most of the daily blast of writings, but now and then A comes in and gives you a surprise.

I stumbled upon this site in late may of 2008 and have been reading it everyday. If you enjoy some clean dirt on J and A then…you know what to do.

I had the chance to conduct a small email interview with one of the founders of the site to find out more about this blog. Here is what she had to say.

2.      Where do you blog? pleasepickupyoursocks.wordpress.com

3.      Are you originally from Ottawa? No. I’m actually from Markham, ON. Move to Ottawa 3 years ago for school.

4.      Why do you blog? In May 2008, I was reading alot of blogs. To be reading local blogs was like reading about local celebrities. It was better than reading Perez Hilton blog, that’s for sure. I also was a little bored and decided to start my own. I started with the Google verious pleasepickupyoursocks.blogspot.com, but then moved over to wordpress. Today, I blog to let my friends and family  know what I’m doing, to write review about local happenings and just to have fun with it. I enjoy blogging. I enjoy being a part of the blogging community. We really tend to help each other out when we’re feeling down and/or have a question. We share and I like that.

5.      Do you write for yourself, your readers, for Google, for a living?  For myself.

6.      PC or Mac? Mac now! I love Mac.
